When presented with this project, all the Client had was the company logo of the Bearded Man. Since it was meant to be a Monument Sign, high visibility for nearby traffic was of the utmost importance for its design.
This led to the high contrast approach of the text and company logo, ensuring that the services listed on the sign would be clear to any vehicle going a legal velocity. The gradient background serves to emphasize the black & white text further, promoting legibility.
